Great website, but just a tip. The first thing people want to know is the Cost $$
Is it possible to list cost of trip beside outline on website? Downloading the .pdf brochure can be a bit much for some computers just to check out the price.
The trips looks fantastic though.

We all had a most wonderful time.It exceeded all our expectations!!
We just love Vietnam.
Our carefully planned itinerary has given us such a wonderful insight into Vietnam.
We have experienced and enjoyed the varied culture, scenery, food, and contrasts within Vietnam. We have done it all and loved it!!
You must be commended on your professional organization and follow up which ensured we all had a great family holiday, one we will always treasure.

We are already two weeks back in The Netherlands, lucky it's not to cold here (10 degrees), but it rains a lot. The weather in Vietnam is much more better!
I like to send you this mail to thanks for all the things which you have had arranged for us. We’ve enjoyed it very much.
The guides, driver from the tour in the North and Hue were very nice and we had a nice time with them.

In the following part we write you shortly our experience from our tour:
Joseph hotel Hanoi: excellent.
Ha long bay: a perfect boat, good food and a clean room. Nice trip!
Ha Giang tour: very nice, best guide and very good driver. We had a lot of fun with them. The tour was also very good. Nice views. Good hotels, good food with the guide, he ordered many different things to try!
Sapa: nice, you must have seen it, all the colors.
If we had know before, there are only in the weekends markets, we had changed the program so we could see a market with more minority people.
Night train: we’ve been in a night train in India and China, but this one was a 5 star! Coupe’s which you can lock, good bed’s, good temperature!
Very good you had arranged a hotel after the train where we could sleep a couple hours.
Ninh Binh: one of the best tours, because you bike, you smell the surroundings, see more and stop more for a picture. The boat was nice, but very busy (many boats, many tourist). Superb bikes.
Hue: A good guide, nice tour, perfect English, polite, good drivers on the motor, what do you want more…
Drive over the Hai Van pass: it was raining! A very bad view. So we decided to take the tunnel.
Marbel mountain is a good place to stop (please send me a big white marble Buddha, it doesn’t fit in our backpack and it is much to heavy).
Good luck to take the sort way through the tunnel, because we’ve arrived early we had a relaxing time at the perfect hotel in Hoi An.
Phu Quoc: Perfect room, good and clean beach, friendly staff. A good place for relaxing. Wish I was back there again.
Sai Gon: The hotel was good, the city was nice.
A PERFECT ARRANGED HOLLIDAY, we are happy we’ve booked at your travel agency. We surely recommend this to other people who want to go to Vietnam.
a privat tour, stop when you want, see what you like to see, make your own program, for a good price (if we've booked this tour with a Dutch group tour operator, we paid more!)

Gday WET,
literally just walked in the door from the airport after our brilliant whirlwind 10 day tour of Vietnam, i couldn't wait too long to jump on the e-mail and congratulate you guys on such a well organised tour, not a single problem.
We spent out first day with Hung touring some of the outskirts of Hanoi, such a beautiful countryside, and Hung was very good.
The following day we met Ngingh, who would be our guide for the next 10 days, and we couldn't have asked for a better bloke, although he was a little difficult to understand at times, he more than made up for it with his vast knowlege of his home country and his patience in repeating things.
My highlights were certainly topped by my 3 days in Hanoi, just a melting pot of culture, the food and the people were so fantastic. The Mekong was amazing and the whole Halong bay experience was unforgettable, and everything in between.
So now its back to normal life again, but thank you guys to opening my eyes to one of the most rewarding countries to visit, again big thanks to Ngingh, id highly recommend this or any of the WET tours to anyone looking for something slightly out of the square, cheers guys

Trav, i am assuming that you are the person I think you are as your photo is a little deceiving! I wanted to thank you and your crew for the fantastic holiday we had in Vietnam.
The Junk in Harlong was superb, a nice intimate group of people, fantastic food and the cabin decor was a real suprise. We gave you name to a great family of dutchies that work for the dutch embassy in Hanoi, I hope you don't mind, they have a young family and had just arrived in Vietnam.
We loved the train ride to Hue and the motorbike ride was sensational. We had a great guide, in fact all the guides used by wide eyed tours were fantastic.
We had a great laugh at the tourist buses, we loved the reclining position, but to begin with couldn't work out why the bus driver wanted our shoes!!
HoiAn was our favourite place and even the hater of shopping got some clothes made. The hotel was wonderful, the food to die for and the whole atmosphere very elegant but loads of fun. We had had enough of the little dragons, clowns and drums by the end of the time there, it was the chinese festival of children the whole time we were there.
Nha trang - well we loved... the sunrise hotel and our top floor suite. The brekkies were worth getting up early for as was a swim in the ocean with the rest of the early risers. A feed of bad prawns made for a rocky start to HCM.
I had a less then average tour of the war remnants museum, did manage to get up close and personal with the toilet, while stephen continued on his fascinating tour of the place. I spent the next 16 hours in bed sipping flat lemonade while Stephen got out and about in the shopping area around our hotel. Not to miss out on too much, I had a tentative breakfast of tea and toast before we went on the Cu Chi tunnel tour. This was my highlight of HCM and Jacki Chan - our tour guide was too good to believe.
Anyway, we have been home for 3 weeks now and we are back to the usual routine, we did have a look at jobs in Vietnam when we got back, but they were in HCM and we loved the North more. We had a great holiday in vietnam and would like to send our thanks to you and the great people you have working for you.

Thanks again Trav, hope to come back and experience the other Vietnam sights, sounds and tastes too.

In response to Miss See Soo Eng's letter from Singapore on 07.05.2008. Yes the advertisement that was sent out by our sales representative in Australia to certain travel agents was a misprint, our agent was quick to follow up on his mistake. This advertisment was not sent to the general public and the last thing our company wishes to do is to deceive our customers. I’m sure you would realise that it would be impossible for us to process any bookings made at this price. There were emails that went between me and one of your staff and I thought that she had clearly understood there had been a misprint and that the add WAS NOT VALID. Of course our company credentials are important to upkeep, your comments being put on our web site is not appreciated as the issue had already been resolved. Mistakes happen as I’m sure your company has made a few in the past. We are very sorry if we have upset any of our customers and please in the future if you have any problems please email us direct to info@wideeyedtours.com
