Hallo Familie Brück,

wir hoffen Sie haben mit Ihrem Haus mehr Glück als wir. Wir können nichts Gutes am Praktikhaus lassen. Wir hatten schon während der Bauphase viele Probleme und jetzt nach 8 Jahren ist die diffussionsoffen Folie löchrig wie ein schweizer Käse und Praktikhaus beruft sich nur auf die gesetzliche Gewährleistung die schon abgelaufen ist. Nun sitzen wir auf rund 10000 Euro um das Dach wieder abzudecken, Lattung entfernen, alte Folie entfernen, neue Folie anbringen und Dach wieder eindecken. Hoffe Sie haben mehr Glück.

In America, we have the same ceremony as in Germany where a tree or wreath is placed on the roof when a particular phase of the work is completed.
